Who We Are
Dr. Owens is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine who graduated from the Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 2012. He is the CEO and Co-founder of InnoQuest, the inventor of the Enjoy-A-Bowl, and a former clinic owner specializing in both general practice and emergency medicine. With a special interest in soft tissue surgery, Dr. Owens is also a long-time animal advocate.
